KEY NOTES

The Rope is a series of turns. 

Leaders – First turn the follower using your left hand to lead and keep a light hold of the follower’s other hand with your right hand for as long as possible to give the illusion of  rope. Then turn yourself under your right hand, again keeping a light hold of the follower’s other hand for as long as possible.

Remember, your palm must be facing the floor when you turn the follower and facing the ceiling when you turn yourself.

Follower – Be sure not to anticipate the lead and check that you are not unconsciously dipping your head under the leader’s hand during the turn.
