KEY NOTES
Leader:
Be clear with your lead, practice rotating your hand so that your palm faces down for the follower’s turns and up with your hand flat for your turns.
Practice turning your follower and yourself in both directions and with all possible holds (i.e. left hand holding right, left hand holding left etc…).
Follower:
Focus on your finger tips and follow the lead. If the leader leads you in an unexpected direction you should follow just as quickly and lightly as if he had led you in the expected direction.
TODAY’S TIP
Leader – Once you have led the follower in a turn remember to lower your hand to its proper height just above the elbow. If you keep it above the follower’s eyebrow she will expect another turn.
